Meet Chantelle the founder of Bitsy Boutique Since 2015, Chantelle has made it her mission to provide customers with beautiful, top-quality gifts that anyone would be delighted to receive.

It’s been a journey to get here. After gaining her BSc Honours degree in Health and Community Studies, she decided that the 9-5 life wasn’t for her and dedicated herself to becoming an entrepreneur.

After a successful stint selling products at events in her local area, she opened her own tearoom & Gift Shop which won the prestigious Tearoom of the Year award in 2020 & a 5-star rating.  Then, the Covid-19 pandemic hit and made life pretty different for everyone. Chantelle decided to launch a fully online, one-stop shop where people could go to find the perfect gift for any occasion in just a few clicks – and Bitsy Boutique Gift Shop continues to grow!

So, what’s next?

As the store continues to grow, so does the product list as Chantelle is now combining her passion for entrepreneurship with her love for helping other small businesses. By offering unique, one-of-a-kind items crafted by independent handmade sellers to the range on Bitsy Boutique, you now have even more options to choose from while talented creators get a space to showcase their amazing work.
